At Claiborne Manor we understand the difficult transitions of life.  After all, we see and work with it every day!  We work hard to make those transitions as smooth as possible. Individualized attention begins at the moment of admission and continues 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  Our team of hometown professionals will meet with you regularly to discuss your health care needs and goals.

At the Manor we have a team of highly qualified, dedicated professionals to direct the care provided.  The team has been recognized by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services as a 5 Star Nursing Home.  This rating is based on health inspections performed by the Department of Health and Hospitals, quality measures showing how well Claiborne Manor cares for their residents’ physical and clinical needs, and staffing (the average number of hours of care given by nursing staff to each resident each day).
