At Jennings Guest House, we are dedicated to providing superior care. Jennings Guest House received a 5 star rating by the Center for Medicare Services in 2010, and is currently rated a 4 star facility. Annual survey results have been outstanding over the last few years – in 2010, Jennings Guest House received zero deficiencies during their annual survey; in 2011 the facility received only three deficiencies.
We offer 24 hour nursing care for both skilled nursing and intermediate/long-term care residents. Our excellent physical, occupational and speech therapy programs allow for short term residents to rehabilitate and return to home. We offer a variety of both individualized and group activities to meet the specific social needs of each resident. The Alzheimer’s Unit allows us to provide individual care for residents with Alzheimer’s and dementia in an environment that reduces stimulation and anxiety. We are currently one of the few facilities in the area that provide care for new tracheotomy placement.
In December of 2011, we will be moving to a brand new facility with 120 private rooms, a therapy pool, and a vent unit.
