Central Control, LLC Management Team

Central Control, LLC (CCI) manages long term care facilities, ICF/MR facilities, an inpatient geriatric psychiatric hospital and an assisted living facility.  CCI also manages additional senior care facilities and services such as a walk-in clinic and adult day health care center.  CCI employs approximately 2,400 full and part-time employees. 

James E. Richardson is the Chief Executive Officer of CCI.  He has been with CCI since 2002, serving as a consultant to the company for two years before becoming the CEO. While consulting for CCI, Mr. Richardson was the Chief Executive Officer at Savoy Medical Center, in Mamou, Louisiana. Savoy Medical Center is a 205 bed hospital with two long term care units, a home health agency, three rural health clinics, physician clinic practices, inpatient rehabilitation facility, psychiatric facility, and a sub-acute facility with approximately 700 employees. Prior to his position as CEO for Savoy Medical Center, he was CEO of Continental Health Corporation, Administrator of Savoy Medical Center, Chief Financial Officer of Savoy Medical Center, and Senior Medicare Auditor of Blue Cross of Louisiana in Lake Charles, Louisiana. He has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, in Health Care Education and Development Program from the University of Alabama in Birmingham, Alabama and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana.


Nicole Howard is the Chief Operating Officer of CCI.  In addition to her CFO duties, Nicole is responsible for oversight all new software projects and implementations, all new building construction and licensing, as well as assisting the CEO with new developments.  Prior to joining CCI, she held the position of Assistant Chief Accountant at Dimension Development Company, a hotel management company in Natchitoches, Louisiana and was the tax accountant for Margaret Vienne, CPA.  Nicole has also performed self-employed CPA services since 1999.  She has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana.  She obtained her certification and license in October of 1999.


George Dorr III is the Human Resources Director of CCI. He previously held the positions of Executive Director for MR group homes in Texas and Administrator of Eunice Manor and Jennings Guest House.  He has a Bachelors degree from McNeese State University in Lake Charles, Louisiana.


Ted Smith is the Business Office Director (B.O.D.) of CCI. Prior to CCI, he held the position of B.O.D. at Savoy Medical Center and was responsible for the reimbursement functions of their acute, rehab, psychiatric, skilled nursing care and outpatient services. Prior to his employment with Savoy Medical Center, he was Executive Vice-President and Cashier of Guaranty Bank of Mamou, Louisiana. He is a graduate of McNeese State University and the Graduate School of Banking of the South.


Corey Domec is a Regional Administrator for CCI, which includes combined oversight and management of 8 long term care nursing facilities, behavioral health operations and 10 ICF/MR facilities in East Louisiana. Prior to CCI, he was a hospital administrator for Oceans Healthcare and provided management support to many of their locations. Before his term with Oceans, he held various positions in healthcare facilities, including Program Director of Outpatient Services, Clinical Director, and Assistant Administrator. He has a Bachelor's Degree from University of Southwestern Louisiana in Lafayette, Louisiana and two Master's Degrees in Healthcare from Florida State University in Tallahasee, Florida.


S. Brock Naquin is a Regional Administrator for CCI, which includes combined oversight and management of 8 long term care nursing facilities, 38 ICF/MR facilities in East Texas and East Louisiana and 2 vocational centers in East Texas. Prior to CCI, he was a Nursing Facility Administrator for Magnolia Management Corporation in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Before entering the healthcare industry, he served in the U.S. Army as an Airborne Infantry Soldier in the 82nd Airborne Division in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. He has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and also completed graduate course work in Business Administration at L.S.U.


Daryl Doise is the Chief Developmental Officer for CCI. Prior to joining CCI, Daryl served as the Executive Vice-President and Chief Development Officer for LHC Group, a publicly traded national post acute care provider.  Daryl worked with LHC Group since 2002, initially leading the company's facility based division.  After LHC Group became a public company in 2005, Daryl became the Chief Development Officer and led the company's growth efforts during the period where LHC was recognized by Forbes as one of the top 10 Best Small Companies in America for 3 consecutive years.  Prior to LHC Group, Daryl served as the CEO of Opelousas General Health System, a Quorum managed hospital and prior to that, Daryl served as the CEO of Doctor's Hospital of Opelousas.  Daryl earned his Bachelors Degree from LSU with a major in Accounting, and later earned his MBA at Tulane University.


Mike McDonald is the Information Technology Director of CCI. CCI manages a 12 facility Wide Area Network that includes over 250 PC users. The network allows Central Control to store all facilities data locally and creates ease of end user support. All hardware and software support is provided in-house along with the design and management of the company web site. Prior to CCI he worked for 10 years at Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana where he held the position of Systems Administrator for the University, where he planned, designed and implemented the University computer systems. Prior to his employment with Northwestern, he was the Network Administrator at USDA Federal Credit Union. He earned his degree in Information Systems and Decision Science at Louisiana State University at Alexandria.
