James E. Richardson
Is the Chief Executive Officer of CCI. CCI manages long term care and ICF/MR facilities and employs approximately 2,400 full-time and part-time employees. Prior to CCI, he served as a consultant to the company for two years. At that time he was also holding the Chief Executive Officer position at Savoy Medical Center, in Mamou, Louisiana, a 205 bed hospital with two Long Term Care Units, a home health agency, three rural health clinics, physician clinic practices, inpatient rehabilitation facility, psychiatric facility, and a sub-acute facility with 672 employees. Prior to Savoy Medical Center, he was CEO of Continental Health Corporation, Administrator of Savoy Medical Center, Chief Financial Officer of Savoy Medical Center, and Senior Medicare Auditor of Blue Cross of Louisiana in Lake Charles, Louisiana. He has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA), Pepperdine University, Malibu, California, Health Care Education and Development Program, University of Alabama, Birmingham, Alabama, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Louisiana Tech University, Ruston, Louisiana.

Is the Chief Financial Officer of CCI. CCI manages long term care and ICF/MR facilities and employs approximately 2,400 full-time and part-time employees. Prior to CCI she held the position of Assistant Chief Accountant at Dimension Development Company, a hotel management company in Natchitoches, Louisiana. Prior to her employment with Dimension Development, she was the Tax Accountant for Margaret Vienne, CPA, and self-employed CPA services. She has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Northwestern State University, Natchitoches, Louisiana. She also obtained her certification and a license in public accounting in October 1999.

Lisa Martin-Rabalais
Is the Director of Project Development of CCI. CCI manages long term care and ICF/MR facilities and employs approximately 2,400 full-time and part-time employees. Prior to CCI she held the position of Commercial Loan Officer/Funding Review Officer at Security First National Bank & Trust, in Alexandria, Louisiana. Prior to her employment with Security First National Bank, she worked in the banking industry as a credit analyst and loan officer at Commercial National Bank in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and First National Bank in Thibodeaux, Louisiana. She has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana with a minor in engineering.

Ted Smith
Is the Business Office Director of CCI. CCI manages long term care and ICF/MR facilities and employs approximately 2,400 full-time and part-time employees. Prior to CCI, he held the position of B.O.D. at Savoy Medical Center and was responsible for the reimbursement functions of their Acute, Rehab, Psych., SNF and outpatient services. Previously, he was Executive Vice-President and Cashier of Guaranty Bank of Mamou. He is a graduate of McNeese State University and the Graduate School of Banking of the South.

Jodi Funderburk
Is the Information Technology Director of CCI. CCI manages a 12 facility Wide Area Network that includes 245 PC users. The network allows Central Control to store all facilities data locally and creates ease of end user support. All hardware and software support is provided in-house along with the design and management of the company web site. Prior to CCI she held a position of Network Administrator at Alliance Compressors, an air compressor manufacturing plant, in Natchitoches, Louisiana. Prior to her employment with Alliance, she was an IT manager assistant for Dimension Development, a hotel management company, in Natchitoches, Louisiana. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana.

George Dorr III
Is the Human Resources Director of CCI. CCI manages long term care and ICF/MR facilities and employs approximately 2,400 full-time and part-time employees. Prior to accepting the Human Resources Director position with CCI, he held the positions of Executive Direcot of CCI's MR group homes in Texas and as Administrator of the Eunice Manor and Jennings Guest House. He has a Bachelors degree from McNeese State University.

S. Brock Naquin
Is the Regional Administrator of various health care facilties. These facilities include 2 long term care nursing facilties in East Louisiana, 28 ICF/MR facilities in East Texas and 2 vocational centers in East Texas. Prior to CCI, he was a Nursing Facility Administrator for Magnolia Management Corporation, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Prior to his career in health care management, he served in the U.S. Army as an Airborne Infantry Soldier in the 82nd Airborne Division, in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. He has a Bachelors of Science in Biology from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and graduate course work in Business Administration at L.S.U.

Corey Domec
Is the Regional Administrator for CCI. Which inlcudes combined oversight and management of 8 long term care nursing facilities and a behavioral health operations. Prior to CCI, he was a hospital administrator for Oceans Healthcare and provided management support to many of their locations. Before his term with Oceans, he held various positions in healthcare facilties, including Program Director of Outpatient Services, Clinical Director, and Assistant Administrator. He holds a Bachelor's Degree from University of Southwestern Louisiana in Lafayette, Louisiana and two Master's Degrees in healthcare from Florida State University in Tallahasee, Florida.
